Belangrijke Informatie – Annuleringsvoorwaarden

Als kleinschalig vakantiepark hebben last-minute-annuleringen een grote impact op ons. Daarom hanteren we iets strengere annuleringsvoorwaarden dan grotere accommodaties. We hopen op je begrip.

  • Gratis annuleren is mogelijk tot 60 dagen voor aankomst.
    Een reden opgeven is niet verplicht, maar we stellen het altijd op prijs als je deze met ons wilt delen.

  • Boekingen die binnen 60 dagen voor aankomst zijn gemaakt, kunnen nog binnen 24 uur kosteloos worden geannuleerd.

  • De volledige betaling van je verblijf dient 2 maanden voor aankomst te worden voldaan. Je ontvangt hiervoor een factuur.

  • Bij annulering tussen 60 en 30 dagen voor aankomst ontvang je 50% restitutie.

  • Bij annulering of wijziging 30 dagen of minder voor aankomst is het volledige bedrag niet restitueerbaar.

We raden sterk aan om een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten voor extra gemoedsrust.

Important Information – Cancellation Policy

As a small-scale holiday park, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on us. For that reason, we maintain a slightly stricter cancellation policy than larger accommodations. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
    No explanation is required, though we always welcome hearing your reason.

  • Bookings made within 60 days of arrival may still be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking.

  • Full payment for your stay is due 2 months before arrival. An invoice will be sent at that time.

  • If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • If you cancel or modify your booking 30 days or less before arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.

We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance for peace of mind.
