Garden:
Our garden is our pride and perhaps our most special feature. Over the past three years, it has grown into a lush, green oasis full of plants, flowers, palms, and other trees. With each season, the garden becomes fuller and shadier, creating more and more life. Birds visit regularly, and colorful butterflies and hummingbirds flutter from flower to flower. It is a place where nature and tranquility come together, and where you can discover something beautiful at any time of the day.

Swimming Pool:
In the middle of the garden lies our small six-meter-long swimming pool, surrounded by greenery. It is the perfect place to cool off on a warm day, sit quietly at the edge, or relax on a sunbed. In the evening, it is especially delightful when the garden and pool are romantically lit: with a drink in hand, surrounded by the calm of the garden and the gentle rustling of palm trees.

Parking:
Free and secure parking is available on our private parking area in front of the resort.

Beach:
Octopus Tropical Oasis is located just 50 meters from the sea. There is no direct access to the water, but the nearest beach is about a five-minute walk away. It is small and simple, but precisely because of that, it is often wonderfully quiet. The water is clear, and snorkeling is beautiful.

Shared Kitchen Amenities:

• Snorkel gear:
  On top of the refrigerator, you will find some snorkel sets you are welcome to borrow. We kindly ask you to rinse them with fresh water after use before returning them.
• BBQ:
  There is a BBQ available in the shared kitchen. Sometimes there are leftover fire starters and charcoal from previous guests. If not, you will need to purchase your own.
• Beach chairs:
  Two foldable beach chairs are available for use.
• Cool box:
  Cool boxes are available, and ice packs can be found in the freezer. Please check if cool boxes are allowed on the beach you plan to visit. Return them clean and empty after use.
• First aid kit:
  Next to the refrigerator is a first aid kit with paracetamol, ibuprofen, plasters, ointment for insect bites and burns, and similar items.
• Games:
  There is a plastic crate with various games that you are welcome to use.

Paid Services:

• Airport transfer: $25 / €20 per ride
• Breakfast: $17.50 / €15 per person (please reserve at least one day in advance)
• Laundry: €15 per full basket (wash, dry, fold)
• Beach towels: €5 per week

What we do not provide:

• As an eco-resort, we do not provide small toiletries such as shampoo or soap. Only a bottle of liquid soap is available in the bathroom.
• There is no air conditioning, but all rooms have fans.
• There is no television.
